Items shipped from Gotosouq.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories)

Return process:

• After the courier picks up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
• We will issue the refund, and it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available.
