Items shipped from Gotosouq.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories)

Return process:

• After the courier picks up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
• We will issue the refund, and it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
• Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.

Note: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition, or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Gotosouq reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept the return of any item that was wrongfully sent to us or items that are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items that were not originally purchased from Gotosouq. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items, and such action may result in restrictions on your Gotosouq account, including limiting your ability to return items in the future, order cancellation and/or Gotosouq account closure.
